Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All orders are distributed using Australia Post.
Tax & Import Liabilities
Please note Jackson Opals does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Jackson Opals does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
Unfortunately, Jackson Opals can not be responsible for any lost or missing deliveries. Please let us know of any concerns as we will raise a dispute on your behalf, as photo evidence can be requested from Australia Post. If you would like to add insurance to your parcel, please let us know, as it will not be added unless requested and at the cost of the customer.

If you’d like extra peace of mind when ordering an item, you can add Extra Cover. It provides loss or damage cover up to the specified value of your item (up to $5,000) while it’s being carried by Australia Post.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
